It’s another beautiful day today. We go outside to play. The girls ride their bikes and I pull weeds. My flower gardens are a total disaster. I haven’t spent any time outside and it shows. Yikes!
After lunch, we need to head to the clinic to get Sarah’s mantoux test “read”. At the clinic, the nurse tells us that Sarah’s arm is fine. We visit Jeannie, one of our favorite nurses, so she can meet Sarah. Sarah and Jenna give her some high fives.
By the time we get home, Tim’s home early from work. The girls get their swimming suits on and waste no time getting in the pool. Tim and I sit in the shade and actually get to talk and relax. It’s a beautiful day. Sarah is still tentative in the pool. She mostly stands in one spot and plays. She doesn’t like to stray too far from the edge of the pool. Tim takes her hand and walks her around in the pool. After awhile, she gets a little braver and ventures around the pool on her own for a little bit.
