This morn
ing, we had a play date at the park with five families from our church. The temperature was barely 60 degrees with a stiff wind blowing. Luckily, we were dressed in long pants, long sleeves, and jackets. I was still cold!! It’s the end of June! What happened to our warm weather? The kids didn’t care about the cold. They played well together for over 2 hours. We took a short time out for lunch and then the kids played some more.Sarah fell asleep on the way home from the park. I carried her into the house and put her on the sofa. She
slept for an hour and a half. Jenna fell asleep, too. It’s so nice to have quiet time in the middle of the afternoon!The vacation countdown begins - 5 days to Ruttgers! Aunt Cheri sent Jenna and Sarah gifts to help them countdown to Ruttgers. Today they received candy and "magic growing" socks.
